SPCO Lobby Reopening

We are preparing to reopen our lobby on Monday, June 1, 2020 but the safety and health of our members and employees remain our top priority. So, we want to share a few safety measures we will have in place, as we welcome you back.

Masks are Required

Anyone entering the lobby will be required to wear a mask. The CDC recommends wearing face coverings for added protection. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. If you prefer not to wear a mask, feel free to utilize the drive-thru.

Limited Number in Lobby

We are limiting the number of people allowed in the lobby at one time so that we can maintain safe social distancing. For that reason, appointments are encouraged. If you do walk-in without an appointment, we are happy to help but you may be asked to wait in your vehicle until it’s safe to enter the branch.

Social Distance

We ask that you maintain at least 6’ of separation from others in the lobby. You will see floor markers to indicate safe waiting distances. During this time, we will not shake hands although we’ll still greet you with a friendly smile.

Protective Barriers

We will be installing protective shields very soon, to provide an added layer of protection for members and employees. Once installed, we ask that you maintain a position with the shield between you and our employee.
